Mission 
        The mission of our College coincides with the Institute “we are committed to establish a centre of excellence in nursing education, training and research imbued with scientific culture, compassion for the sick and commitment to serve the underserved.

Vision
        The vision of the College is to produce highly competent nurse clinicians, advance nurse practitioners, nurse educationists, nurse administrators and nurse researchers to meet regional, national and global nursing human resource needs.

Aim
        To ensure the cost-effective evidence based quality nursing care for individuals, family and community through education and grooming the clinically competent research oriented nurses.

Objectives

• To provide compassionate and effective care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. 
• To educate the public about healthy lifestyles and promote behaviors that lead to better health outcomes. 
• To identify and address risk factors for disease and implement strategies to prevent illness and injury. 
• To support patients in their recovery process and help them regain their health and well-being. 
• To provide comfort and support to patients and their families during times of illness or injury.
